Esthetician Instructor - Remote | Wfh

W is a reputable educational institute located in Bakersfield, CA, dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in our students. Currently, we are seeking Esthetician Instructors to mentor, teach, and motivate our enthusiastic learners.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Empowering Education: Share your wealth of knowledge and skills in the Esthetics field with our students, both on the clinic floor and in the classroom. Utilize our company-approved curriculum to create an engaging learning environment.
Success Building: Prepare students to excel in their State Board exams and ensure adherence to State Board rules, setting them up for a successful career in Esthetics.
Mentorship & Support: Be a guiding force for our students, providing mentorship, motivation, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
Administrative Engagement: Participate in various administrative duties, such as attending faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records of grades and attendance, and counseling students as needed.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
We believe that great instructors are a blend of experience, passion, and dedication. To thrive in this role, you should have:
A High School diploma or equivalent.
A current Esthetician license per State requirement. If you hold a Cosmetology license with a specialty in Esthetics, we welcome your application too!
Ideally, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Esthetics industry.
Prior teaching experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Basic computer skills to facilitate modern teaching techniques.
