Entry Level / Hr Account Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Account Manager. This is a remote position, and it is ideal for someone who is looking for an entry-level position that will allow them to grow within the company. As an HR Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that our team members have the resources they need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Help with the organization of company events and meetings
• Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed
• Manage company databases and keep them up to date
• Assist with creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position
