Entry Level Marketing Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a background in marketing/sales/management to join our team as an entry-level Marketing Manager. We are looking to add 4-5 new Marketing Manager to our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues and sales revenue.

Responsibilities as our Entry Level Marketing Manager:

• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele to increase sales revenue
• Provide new market product and service knowledge to customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Train on direct marketing strategies to introduce new services in the most effective manner
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any sales, billing and/or equipment issues

Qualifications:

• Excited to grow from an entry-level position
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
