• Stay up-to-date with HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as needed, providing accurate data for decision-making purposes.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Previous experience or internships in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
