Entry Level Contracts Coordinator- Remote

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to assist in the coordination, administration, and documentation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. The Contract Coordinator supports team members involved in creating, validating, and processing customer and third-party contracts. Responsibilities:

• Investigating and resolving issues throughout the lifecycle of contracts.
• Help coordinate contract-related activities and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the review and analysis of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contract-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in contract negotiations and the preparation of contract templates and amendments, making sure both the contractor and client understand what is expected of them.
• Contribute to process improvements and the development of efficient contract management practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
• Support the contract lifecycle, including contract creation, execution, and maintenance.
• Investigating and resolving issues throughout the lifecycle of contracts.
• Creating documents using form templates based on daily production assignments.
• Researching issues involving transactions that did not process (due to incorrect entry, out-of-sequence steps, incomplete information)
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to contract management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree (preference in business curriculum) or applicable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience or internship in contract management is a plus.
• Minimum three years' work experience.
