We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our talent acquisition process. In this critical role, you will closely collaborate with our dedicated recruiting team to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier candidates, who will shape the future of the energy industry and drive us toward unprecedented success.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your exceptional judgment will shape the renowned energy movement.
Responsibilities.
- Managing candidate data and process progression by updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Scheduling on/off-site meetings and managing the recruiters' calendar
- Monthly close out of records in recruiting systems and SharePoint – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. (i.e. ensuring all applicants have a final disposition & all interviewed candidate dispositions and dates are captured appropriately.)
- Partnering with the recruiters to understand priorities
- Conducting employment-related research and assisting recruitment team with methods of sourcing qualified candidates
- Participation in any projects handled by the Talent Acquisition team such as process improvement, employer branding, etc.
- Providing overall recruitment administration support for the TA recruiting team
- Coordinating the scheduling process for a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Acting as first and primary point of contact on day-of-interview for both the candidate and Hiring Managers, professionally handling all scheduling changes and any other glitches that may occur
- Ensuring proper handover of new hire documentation & details to appropriate HRBP to support the setup of new employees
- Supporting with ad-hoc reporting as directed
- Communicating interview details to candidate, making certain they have all of the information necessary to be prepared for their interview (interview schedule, job description, detailed directions, advice on apparel, information about the logistics of the interviews)
- Assisting recruitment team with roll-out (training & implementation) for new tools.
- Providing general assistance in planning & preparation of career fairs
- Post on career site/prescreen resume for key qualifications prior to recruiter review
- Coordinate recruiting requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; know when to escalate issues
- 3+ years of related work experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service functions preferred.
- Previous experience supporting multiple team members in an administration capacity
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (verbally & in writing) with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, will consider the equivalent experience and other education
- Comfortable working in a team environment but also able to operate independently
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment coupled with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
- Organized with high-level attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up while managing sensitive information
