Entertainment Experience Manager, Charitybuzz Access

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Entertainment Experience Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Access team, and significantly amplify our charitable fundraising efforts while making dreams come true for members. Part business development and part project management, the Entertainment Experience Manager is responsible for the curation and fulfillment of unique, high value Entertainment experiences and items for private clients. The proceeds from these experiences and items will benefit a variety of important causes. Access member experiences in this category have ranged from celebrity meetings, master classes and walk-on roles to award show and VIP concert access. Success will require strategic competence and excellent interpersonal and deal-making skills coupled with creative thinking, writing, project-management and contract proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development and Curation

• Works with charities, talent managers, partners and internal teams to curate outstanding member experiences within the Entertainment category.
• Supports the Access email marketing program with timely themes and ideas for weekly newsletters.
• Provides weekly reporting to all team members to ensure timely communication of new Entertainment experiences and opportunities.
• Writes compelling experience and item descriptions for publication via email and on the private member portal. Manages website postings and promotional timelines for entertainment lots.
• Brainstorms creative experience and event ideas and provides pricing estimates, and best practices to maximize fundraising.

Fulfillment and Project Management

• Handles all negotiations and contracts with stakeholders.
• Works to fulfill incoming member requests by presenting offers to appropriate stakeholders and project managing the fulfillment process.
• Manages the processing of sold lots and payments.
• Supports the Private Client Services team by managing CRM and providing timely updates.
• Oversees redemption and scheduling for each request to help ensure a seamless member experience from inception through to redemption.

SKILLS:

• Adept at negotiating and handling all aspects of deal-making and contract work.
• Creative thinking and ability to pivot and come up with alternative solutions when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Keen marketing sensibility and finger on the pulse of all things Entertainment!
• Ability to manage and move multiple projects at once on short deadlines.

COMPENSATION:

• Participation in company bonus plan (starting after 90 days of employment).
• Base salary $70,000 - $95,000.
