Seeking Associate-VP Level Execution Coordinator to join Mizuho’s Corporate Access Team This Execution Coordinator works closely with the Head of Corporate Access, Americas, in a fast paced, detail-oriented manner. This Coordinator will take ownership of events and problem solve. They should be enthusiastic, take pride in their work, and have strong communication skills. Coordinating logistics requires patience, special attention to details, organization, and professionalism. This person should rise to the occasion to originate events, build on the existing Corporate Access product, and think strategically to make the events as successful as possible. Working in Corporate Access also requires knowledge of the Equity markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute events and manage logistics for non-deal roadshows, virtual events, conferences, seminars, investors tours
• Manage itineraries, create and update marketing materials
• Ability to originate and develop relationships with corporate clients
• Work across institutional equity sales, research, banking, and investor relations teams

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of the equity landscape; analysts, institutional clients, corporate clients
• Solutions oriented approach
• 3-5 years relevant experience (financial sector event planning)
• Writing samples and PowerPoint examples will be required
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IPreo, iConference, FactSet
• Should have an interest in obtaining (or currently hold) the Series 7 / 63 licenses

The expected base salary ranges from $100,000-130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
