About The Opportunity
As the Manager, All Access on the All Access sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of account executives selling the WeWork All Access Product for the US and Canada to WeWork’s MLB (10-49 memberships) & Enterprise (50+ memberships) clients. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Head of Ancillary Revenue along with other key internal stakeholders to build and scale the All Access product suite.
As a successful Sales Manager you will be expected to:
  • Mentor and lead a top performing team of Account Executives through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management
  • Manage Program Implementation AE assigned to the territory to ensure member experience is best in class and all contractual obligations are being met
  • Work with Head of Ancillary Revenue to identify and manage individual Account Executive inbound and outbound sales targets for their specific regions
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members
  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals for the individual account executives and for the department as a whole
  • Think outside the box to develop new and unique sales tactics and incentives to drive performance
  • Work in partnership with your counterparts in Accounts, Workplace, Leasing, Consumer AE and Inbound, and Product to continually identify and manage through completion areas for process improvement
  • Position the value of All Access and the future of flexible work
  • Partner with the assigned Named Account teams to help drive revenue of the All Access product suite to current and new members
About You

  • 1+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
  • Travel required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking skills
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce and Tableau experience highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of leading by example
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $80,650 - $107,500 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $161,300 - $215,000.
WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role which sets forth the terms of the variable incentive pay and target earnings described above. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
