Job Description

Blume Global is expanding our Sales team! We have immediate Enterprise Sales Director, Railroad's opportunities (individual contributor role). We're looking for highly driven & results-oriented Enterprise Sales Directors who are passionate about growing our business!


Responsibilities

  • Average sales cycle, 9-15 months
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within loosely assigned territories and accounts
  • Effectively communicate Blume's value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Manage complex sales throughout their lifecycle
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Typical deal size, $500K contracts per subscription year
  • Worked with and understand the Railroads Industry and trends

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent experience
  • Travel: 20-30%
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • 10+ years of sales experience (SaaS/Railroads industry), having met and exceeded targets
  • Office Location: Remote
  • Demonstrable experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
