Blume Global is expanding our Sales team! We have immediate Enterprise Sales Director, Railroad's opportunities (individual contributor role). We're looking for highly driven & results-oriented Enterprise Sales Directors who are passionate about growing our business!
Responsibilities
- Average sales cycle, 9-15 months
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within loosely assigned territories and accounts
- Effectively communicate Blume's value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Manage complex sales throughout their lifecycle
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Typical deal size, $500K contracts per subscription year
- Worked with and understand the Railroads Industry and trends
Requirements
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent experience
- Travel: 20-30%
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- 10+ years of sales experience (SaaS/Railroads industry), having met and exceeded targets
- Office Location: Remote
- Demonstrable experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
