Job Description

You will handle each situation in a manner that is appropriate to the business partner while recognizing and catering to their varied expectations independent of the situation. Take clear and concise notes of issues and present them in a manner that varied teams will be able to understand. Demonstrate considerable knowledge of computer systems and techniques. Individuals will also perform technical work providing support for the operation of computer systems, operating systems, hardware configurations, and network connections. Incumbents in this position are expected to perform assignments with a high degree of independent action and may provide some instruction or assistance to entry-level technicians. Responsibilities of the position include working under direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Manage time efficiently, Be available during off-hours emergencies.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with troubleshooting issues with Microsoft products like Outlook, Office 365 etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering field.
  • Familiarity with a document management system is required; familiarity with iManage
  • Manage corporate Mobile Phones with different vendors.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Manage RSA Token.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows 10 Operating Systems and Intune.
  • Familiarity with installing Microsoft O365 and other desktop software on Windows laptops.
  • Desired.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to troubleshoot common issues on user laptops related to software upgrades, installs, etc.
  • Active Directory and laptop imaging MDT experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Apple Macbook iOS MDM(JAMF).
  • Interest in other legal applications such as Kofax Power PDF, iTimekeep, Interaction, Metadact, and Citrix preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting iPhones and Androids are required.

Additional Skills:

  • A+ PC Technician, CompTIA Certified (Preferred).
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Preferred Linux and Powershell scripting.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
