Overview An End User Computing Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users in the areas of hardware, software, and network systems. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing end user training and support. Detailed Job Description The End User Computing Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users in the areas of hardware, software, and network systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing end user training and support. The End User Computing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating system configurations, as well as providing technical assistance to other departments. • Ability to provide end user training and support
• Ability to maintain and update system configurations
• Ability to provide technical assistance to other departments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
