Demonstrable professional experience or training in graphic design and corporate communications.

Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced graphics design, video production, and Adobe Creative Suite. Advanced understanding of layout and typography.

Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, outstanding ethics, integrity, discretion, and judgment.

Draw on the latest thinking, research, and insight in managing content and programs to support internal communication, culture, and engagement initiatives.

Partner with Community/Marketing Teams to increase visibility and employer brand awareness.

Redefine how the program is managed overall and how we look at employee segmentation (hourly and salaried, how we communicate etc.).

Upskill HR and leaders with tools, resources and skills to better support the business and achieve the desired outcomes.

Develop tools, templates and skills, and commit to embedding over cycles/years, i.e. build into our DNA.

Inspires, engages at all levels/across teams; high level of capability and experience to influence and impact individuals and teams.

Experience in Human Resources related business disciplines and Employee Experience and Engagement practices.

Experience: Five or more years of experience in communications, public relations or public affairs.

2+ years of experience writing and editing internal communications, business reviews, product launches in a corporate environment or financial institution

2+ years of experience communicating with senior level leadership

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Skilled in communicating complex information in simple terms

Experience with hosting and/or managing events

• General knowledge of behavior principles, practices, and management

• Manages the company intranet site and any coordination of this site with Internal Communications.

• Manages development and approval process of social media content for publishing.

• Manages internal communication channels, including email, intranet site and newsletters.

• Experience in developing an Employee Communications plan and strategy that informs, inspires and connects employees

• Experience managing various Social Media platforms, i.e. Glassdoor, LinkedIn

Experience working and communication in remote-first workplaces

Collaborate with managers and employees to identify team building activities, and facilitate those activities

Work with managers to evaluate upcoming hiring needs

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resources with a progressive increase in responsibility

Experience implementing new tools, processes or platforms, specifically in areas of Human Resources, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, DEI&B

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Own the oversight of the Employee Resource Groups, including the management of the ERG leaders and the ERG programming budget.

Own, facilitate, and potentially reimagine the new hire and onboarding experience for new employees.

Working knowledge of DE&I trends and best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong public speaking and facilitation skills are required

Ability to adeptly prioritize and manage multiple projects, initiatives, and stakeholders
