What You’ll Do
- Maintain general office premise. This includes but is not limited to stocking supplies, performing general maintenance of area and coffee equipment, monitoring inventory and replenishing kitchen and office supplies, and maintaining general cleanliness.
- Sort, distribute and prepare mail/packages for clients with all mail carriers.
- Interact with members daily to help develop relationships, foster community connections, and obtain feedback on quality of products to maintain member satisfaction and retention.
- Report technology issues within the space including internet, Wi-Fi, telephones, printer machines, etc., to the Technology Group.
- Manage day to day operations including answering incoming calls, handling client requests, registering guests, managing conference room bookings, and accepting deliveries.
- Facilitate client onboarding/offboarding process from inception to completion, activating/deactivating client ID cards, programing for office access, auditing client directory.
- Enter work orders with the building and/or third-party vendors, assist with and/or facilitate general repairs, and track open items through completion.
- Assist the Site Manager in tracking billable client charges.
- All other duties as assigned by Inspire Team and Management.
- Support Inspire team by promoting and attending all community events, as well as assisting with ad hoc projects.
- Contribute and participate in the Inspire Daily Lineup; our daily meetings where we discuss our Service Values, tasks and progress.
- Update and maintain the CRM by entering client information.
- Assist Sales team by ensuring offices are show-ready at all times and answering the leasing line with provided Sales Script.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $55,000 -$65,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
