This Role Is Tailor-Made For You Because

You are highly organized, familiar with email best practices and have a targeted focus on the customer experience. You’re also resourceful and collaborative across different teams, with the ability to closely manage timelines on concurrent campaigns and across calendars. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day In The Life

This role is primarily operational with a heavy focus on lifecycle marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for the successful management and reporting of all initiatives in support of key moments in the customer journey, as well as, working across teams to finalize email assets, aligning calendars, and building campaigns within our ESP platform. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role

• Ability to quickly identify and address operational and process issues
• Excellent time-management, organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of Sailthru (or similar Email Platforms) and Google Analytics is a plus
• 1+ years of experience managing the planning and execution of email campaigns via ESP systems with a highly organized approach. Lifecycle email and email automation experience a plus
• Strong written & verbal communication skills to work across numerous cross-functional teams
• Ability to monitor and track email KPIs to deliver reports, including insights and recommended actions to internal partners
• Consistent proactivity with updating documents and aligning calendars
• Ability to closely manage timelines on concurrent campaigns and across calendars
• Excellent QA ability and attention to detail

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 65,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
