What You'll Do
You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue for our ed2go continuing education and career training programs. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize qualified leads from various channels, such as our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Guiding prospective students through the program selection process while delivering exceptional customer experiences will be your top priority.
We prioritize providing the highest quality student experience from initial contact to enrollment. As an Education Consultant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our processes and infrastructure deliver on this promise. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and education, we're excited to hear from you!
To Succeed In This Role, You Will
Skillfully ask appropriate and probing questions, overcome objections, and effectively manage your time.
Be proficient in navigating various sites and applications, demonstrating technical literacy.
Advise prospective students on how our programs can fulfill their educational and career needs.
Guide qualified applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.
Complete all necessary reports regarding sales and campaigns, provide market feedback, and manage team territory activities effectively.
Manage your pipeline efficiently to meet or exceed enrollment objectives.
Required
Skills You'll Need:
Technical proficiency, including the ability to navigate sites and applications and possess technical literacy.
Willingness to work paid overtime beyond conventional business hours, as required to complete assignments.
Preferred
Proven success in a customer-facing role.
Some college coursework or degree.
Prior experience in student admissions/enrollment.

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range for this position is provided below. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Additionally, sales roles often include a significant incentive compensation program beyond the base pay range.
Base Pay Range: $40,500.00 - $64,700.00 USD
