Ecommerce Operations Assistant Jobs

The Ecommerce Operations Assistant will be responsible for a broad set of responsibilities ranging from website related tasks, to order management and customer service. This individual should be highly motivated with strong collaborative skills, and the ability to switch quickly between various groups within the broader Ecommerce organization. Strong written skills, and experience working in retail/ecommerce are an asset for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Attachment of all Kith, Multibrand, Footwear and Treats related products.
• Creation of invoices for all Kith employees
• Assisting in the creation of size charts for Product pages
• This is a full-time position. As a global retailer, occasional evenings and/or weekend work may be required throughout the year.
• Responsible for retail drawings and communication to retail teams
• Please note duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice
• Responding to customer service tickets during peak volume moments
• Ad-hoc merchandising of Collections on the Kith website
• Coordinating return to senders with off-shore support team, retail team as well as 3PL team, with additional customer support (case by case scenario)
• Creation of reship PTs
• Responding to Trustpilot / Google Business reviews
• Responsible for order review on all releases

Experience:

• Must have excellent time management skills, strong sense of urgency, be able to multitask, and work autonomously
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills & highly organized
• Support Managers with project management knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce in the apparel industry
• Customer communications
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• VRP (Visual Retail Plus)
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Experience with Shopify a plus
