GateHawk, a new access control hardware and software brand (part of LevelUp), is seeking a Sales Manager. This includes direct B2B customer sales as well as strategic sales channel development. The ideal candidate will excel at business development and sales, including technical training, product demonstration, presentations, and establishing strong partnerships. The ideal candidate would also have a strong understanding of access control products, including telephone entry and video intercom solutions, including brands like DoorKing, Linear, ButterflyMX, etc.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong work ethic and refined leadership skills
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively and effectively
- An excitement for the residential security and access control industry
- A proven track record of quickly scaling channel sales pipelines.
- Flexible travel schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We’ll expect you to:
- Identify and safeguard key relationships for early adopter customers, generating market excitement for upcoming products.
- Act as a shepherd for brand and products by assisting with partners and clients with external presentations/technical product demonstrations to close deals.
- Own and manage the development and growth of GateHawk’s Dealer Network to capture our ideal customer.
- Supervise and assist in GateHawk Dealer onboarding and ongoing training efforts.
- Execute, and manage sales strategies for GateHawk, and be confident in leading others towards the same goals.
