About The Role

As a Technology Project Coordinator in our Early Career Development Program, you will monitor, analyze, report, and track projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating across multiple lines of business to ensure delivery of work efforts occur on time and on budget
• Following other responsibility and reporting as directed.
• Ensuring PMO best practices are followed to coordinate all aspects of work efforts
• Escalating as needed when work efforts do not align with schedule and budget
• Capturing, reporting, and tracking action plans for work efforts
• Producing reports used to communicate status of work efforts
• Capturing, reporting, and tracking risks and issues for work efforts
• Ensuring operational readiness is followed for non-project releases.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrate excellent written, oral communication, organizational, and meeting facilitating skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SharePoint administration, Project Online and PowerBI is a plus.
• Have negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Show basic Excel skills & familiarity with data analytics.
• Have previous work as a coordinator is a plus.
• Use of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000.
