What will I do at Circana?
We have a variety of opportunities that offer unique ways to impact our business and develop industry relevant skills. Job responsibilities might include:

• Understand our client’s market and customer base using Circana’s proprietary data (Point-of Sale scanner data, panel, etc) and secondary sources (industry reports, annual reports, etc)
• Create client-ready databases and presentations
• Interact with internal teams and external clients at multiple levels
• Have an increasing level of autonomy and responsibility, eventually taking on greater project management roles and client responsibilities, as you gain experience and demonstrate willingness to take on new initiatives

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with GPA of 3.0+
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in teams and with clients
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills preferably using advanced functions and formulas
• Quantitative and Qualitative analysis skills
• Experience in or knowledge of CPG, Retail, or Consulting industries
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and adaptability

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for our Early Career Opportunities is $50,000- $80,000.
