About The Role

As a Security Analyst in our Early Career Development Program you will work under the direction of the BISO. You will be improving the security posture and communicating with business units about reducing risks.

Responsibilities

• Engaging to help manage projects, milestones, and the success of projects related to security.
• Implementing, maintaining, and participating in security relevant documentation & reporting. Exhibiting the ability to learn and understand security requirements, controls, compliance, and risk.
• Communicating and collaborating on security projects, programs and targets while understanding business constraints.
• Linking the business and data security around the needs of the technology that drives our business.
• Maintaining processes to document non-compliance exceptions and any risk acceptance required.
• Acting as a liaison between different personnel from various teams or departments. Helping them participate effectively in their role for the greater good of security.
• Acting as a liaison as needed between security, business, and IT functions
• Providing input, guidance, and feedback with our global organizational security team on improvement projects. That will deliver security improvements for our business partners and clients
• Supporting the BISO’s business unit priorities. Specific to information security duties that run parallel to business objectives, capacity, and funding. So there is broad commitment and engagement.
• Assisting with security testing and vulnerability management across various technical landscapes.

Requirements

• Have a BA/BS degree or currently completing the last 15 hours of study. In a computer science program, cybersecurity specialization, engineering, or business degree. Or prior business-related work experience and a complete security certification. Or verifiable cybersecurity experience in an organization relevant to the role.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Have basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and cloud environments
• Be eager to always learn, participate in training, and grow your security knowledge

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated compensation for this role is $36.00/hr.
