Puente Hills Hyundai is a California Automotive Retailing Group - seeking a full-time Experienced DMV Title Clerk to join our team. Must be able to handle multible stores
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Process all new & used vehicle for registration
• Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete
• Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Verify all funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title
• Ability to prioritize
• Prepare paperwork for submission to DMV
• Stay up to date on title regulations
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
• Complies & maintain a complete list of outstanding title work
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dealer Track and DMV Desk a Plus
• Must have good organization skills
• Must have automotive DMV/Title Clerk experience 3+ years preferred
• Excellent communication skills, customer service and the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Must have good follow up skills
