TCBY in Dallas, TX is looking to hire a full- or part-time Frozen Yogurt Shop Supervisor / Lead Cashier to oversee a team of employees and ensure our customers receive quality service.

This food service management position with our hospitality team earns a competitive wage of $13 - $15/hour, depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN Frozen Yogurt SHOP SUPERVISOR / LEAD CASHIER

• Food handler's certificate - we will provide one if needed!
• At least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service skills

As a Frozen Yogurt Shop Supervisor / Lead Cashier, you are responsible for leading a food service team to success while providing high-quality customer service to those who visit our store. You direct and lead team members, making sure that everyone understands their assigned tasks and fulfills their responsibilities correctly. When customers enter our store, you greet them with a positive and friendly attitude and help take orders. You prepare all orders according to specifications while following any applicable food safety and sanitation guidelines.

As needed, you keep track of our drive-thru, ensuring that customers are helped in a timely manner. When you aren't assisting customers, you check that our frozen yogurt is well-stocked and replace flavors. You clean up around the store, including behind the counter and the sitting area. Our store always operates smoothly under your watch, and it brings you great satisfaction to know that you thrive in this food service management position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full- or part-time food service management position works a flexible schedule. Our frozen yogurt shop hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM - 11 PM. Shifts fall between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM.
