TOYOTA OF CEDAR PARK is looking for an Experienced Title Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sign over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full.
• Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger schedules weekly
• Processing refund checks.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Posting tax payments in Excel.
• Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
• Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have EVR (Electronic Vehicle Registration) knowledge
• High school diploma
• Some accounting experience necessary.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers, if needed, and other associates
• Must have knowledge of Excel.
• Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
• Knowledge of how to assign titles.
