Director Sourcing, Facilities Services

One of the nation’s leading hospitality organizations is currently seeking a Director Procurement, Facilities Services to aid in the success of their growing team. This individual will have a focus most heavily on procurement and purchasing of various indirect spend categories. This role is a pivotal and strategic position with exceptional growth opportunity within the organization.

This role will require you to be based in Orlando, FL, working on a hybrid schedule. (Relocation Assistance provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts
• Review suppliers and KPI development
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and executives within the company to execute short and long-term objectives
• Manage Strategic Sourcing Processes for Categories including MRO/ Engineering Services, Building Services, Landscaping, and other related Facilities Services
• Establish and manage key supplier relations and supplier negotiations
• Effectively lead and manage a team

Key Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Must have great relationship skills and executive presence
• Proven supplier relationship experience
• 8+ years Indirect Procurement experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
• Facilities Services Sourcing Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• The ability to network effectively in the industry
