Job Description
Summary


Supervises daily staff activities within Facilities Management.


Detailed Responsibilities


  • Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with competencies, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
  • Communicates and coordinates activities with customers and determines required staffing assignments and levels.

Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of leadership experience or three (3) years experience working at MHS within Facilities and have a trade specialty.
