Job Description

Atlanta-based, SaaS Workflow Technology company is looking for a strong Sales Operations Director who will be responsible for building the infrastructure behind the sales engine. In this role, the Sales Operations Director will be instrumental in working with the VP of Sales and the sales organization to ensure continuity of sales processes and operations, analyze and share insights on revenue and sales trends, design and measure KPI's to enhance overall productivity and salesforce effectiveness, etc. You and your team's impact will help maintain a competitive edge and achieve consistent, sustainable sales success.


Must haves--

  • Direct experience in SaaS industry is required.
  • Demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence; thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Analytical and detail oriented, strong project management skills with a drive for results
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategic planning and sales enablement. This is a leadership role!
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office suite
