Job Description
As the Sr. Director, you will oversee the acquisition, engagement and retention of Wisely Direct members, in addition to acting as the business owner for Earned Wage Access across ADP. We have aggressive targets to grow our member base, and you will set the strategy, manage P&L, and lead the execution to achieve those targets. You will direct the identification, analysis, and execution of key initiatives to drive our direct to consumer business (B2C).


You will also be responsible for ensuring the business meets or exceeds targets for operational and financial metrics including total active members, revenue/card, card life, spend mix, and EWA utilization, among others.


You will work in a cross-functional environment across ADP to resolve issues and drive business growth, in addition to being a key member of the Wisely Leadership Team.


Responsibilities


  • Contributes to a high-performance team environment that supports/reinforces associate accountability, development, and retention.
  • Partners with senior sales, business and technology leaders across ADP to grow the Wisely Direct and EWA business and eliminate issues as they arise.
  • Works closely with the Wisely Leadership Team to identify and execute key initiatives that will help drive achievement of targets
  • Oversees the development and execution of strategies that drive Wisely Direct member acquisition, engagement and retention in the fast-paced, consumer-focused fintech industry. Leverages an agile approach to test, learn, and execute on strategies that drive deep engagement with members and EWA users.
  • Ensures that the business meets or exceeds targets for operational and financial metrics including but not limited to total active Wisely Direct members, profitability, revenue growth, cardholder retention, quality/NPS, and EWA utilization.
  • Works closely with ADP's Marketing group to execute innovative B2C campaigns that increase awareness, highlight value proposition, and drive engagement throughout the member lifecycle.
  • Helps set and communicate strategic goals for Wisely Direct and EWA. Develops tactical plans to reach these goals. Engages leadership in the communication of the vision. Translates vision into meaningful associate messages and regularly communicates with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Works closely with ADP's technology group to align on a product roadmap that drives innovation and eliminates friction in member experience.


Qualifications Required


  • Prior experience developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Deep knowledge of the payments industry, especially paycards, GPR cards, etc.
  • Experience with consumer products, especially in the payments/fintech industries.
  • 15 years related experience required and 3+ years at an executive level.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:


  • Must be able to develop and test business hypotheses in order to continuously improve the business. Must also be able to make fact-based decisions using available data.
  • In addition to general business communications, must be able to deliver effective business updates/presentations, communicate with external clients, and motivate associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong background driving a fast-growing business
  • Strong knowledge of payroll operations and its intersections with payments/fintech
  • Past P&L responsibility strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving business results.
  • In-depth knowledge of paycard operations.
  • Basic understanding of financial management reporting including P&L/Revenue required.
  • Deep understanding of mobile technologies and how to leverage them to drive user growth and engagement
  • Must not only develop talent of direct reports but also ensure that similar actions are taken downstream in the organization.
  • MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.
