Bachelor’s Degree including 10+ years of experience in a fast paced warehousing/ distribution environment with increasing responsibilities

Solid financial, analytical and P&L experience.

Uses quantifiable metrics and management expertise, and performs departmental audits to determine cost benefit as well as demand and service capacity.

Previous experience with healthcare accreditation process and business requirements.

Minimum of five years of related work experience in a technical and/or mechanical capacity.

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

Delegates responsibilities between department managers to achieve optimal operating results and continuous improvement.

Develops and delivers presentations to executive management.

Develops, implements and fosters the Safety Culture alongside the Global Safety department through direct input and resource management.

Experience in fulfillment operations, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS)

Strong leadership skills with the propensity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational goals

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong analytical skills with the aptitude to use data to drive solution-making

Experience in or exposure to healthcare management
