Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivatedDirector of Fulfillmentto oversee and manage all aspects of our fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role will need to build and lead a scalable fulfillment network, and to ensure timely and correct processing of customer orders, accurate and efficient inventory management, and safe and effective warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in fast-paced, multi-warehouse, omnichannel organizations.


Primary Responsibilities

Warehouse & 3PL Partner Network [20%]

  • Accountable for performance, costs, and margin impacts of warehouses and 3PL partners
  • Own strategic development of warehousing, fulfillment, and 3PL partner network
  • Position owns warehouse and 3PL partners for scalability and new brand launches

Fulfillment Operations [30%]

  • Responsible for fulfillment operations, performance, and costs through all owned facilities and third-parties
  • Analyze fulfillment data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate implementation of process improvements across teams/departments
  • Lead fulfillment operations for all sales channels through understanding & executing against the needs of all customers and customer types

Inventory Management & Control [30%]

  • Accountable for inventory health, accuracy, space utilization, and stock levels across all inventory locations
  • Responsible for the systems and processes to manage inventory & inventory transactions
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and stock rotation

Team Management & Strategic Leadership [20%]

  • Lead and develop the roles and teams required to support fulfillment operations, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and drive business result

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
