This is a remote position.


Role Overview


Fuse Technologies is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Operations to bring efficiency, excellence, and optimization to our sales team. You will leverage systems and technology, helping our sales teams reach their targets and boosting our impact without increasing costs. Your role is crucial in transitioning our sales process from founder led sales to data-driven repeatable actions.


Key Responsibilities And Duties


Data-Driven Sales Strategy Development


  • Ensure transparent communication of strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and tech leadership to create data-informed strategies for different industry verticals.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for hiring, placement, and incentivizing sales reps.


Sales Process Efficiency


  • Collect regular feedback from the sales team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Streamline sales procedures and improve client experiences by leveraging the tech stack.
  • Implement advanced tools and develop a sales playbook for consistent, efficient operations.


Sales Data Analysis & Insights


  • Regularly present sales reports to internal teams and leadership.
  • Use data analytics to predict sales trends, identify new markets, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.


Sales Team Enablement & Productivity


  • Address team concerns proactively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Equip sales reps with resources, upskilling opportunities, and recommendations to improve sales.
  • Develop compelling sales materials and cultivate a supportive, motivating work environment.


CRM Management & Optimization


  • Ensure the CRM system accurately reflects customer data for client engagement and strategic planning.
  • Drive complete CRM usage within the team and continue to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Conduct regular data audits and coordinate with teams to maintain and enhance CRM reliability, security, and functionality.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment


  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives for holistic company growth and innovation.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration, aligning sales strategies with marketing, finance, product development, and tech teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings with different departments to ensure alignment.


Sales Forecasting & Financial Planning


  • Align financial objectives with sales targets, with a tech-centered approach to revenue growth and financial reporting.
  • Provide sales leaders with performance dashboards and automated forecasting tools for planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budget planning, using sales forecasts and financial tools.

Requirements


Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • 5 years experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changing priorities.


Fuse is located in Las Vegas, with offices in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Remote Work is an option for this position
