Job Title: Director of Operations

We are in the market for a forward-thinking Director of Operations, someone who can take charge and excel within the unique, fast-paced Roblox ecosystem. This role demands a dynamic leader, one who can enhance our productivity and efficiency while driving profitability. Your expertise will be instrumental in bolstering Roblox's distinct offerings and ensuring our continued success in a constantly evolving market.

Your Role:

• Conduct meticulous market trend analysis, pinpointing and leveraging Roblox's unique competitive advantages
• Supervise and enhance daily operations, fostering an environment that encourages both efficiency and creativity
• Streamline our operations pipeline, effectively managing emerging teams across a spectrum of tasks, including client relationship building, deal closing, and strategizing for market expansion
• Develop and present comprehensive operational forecasting reports and strategies
• Discover and capitalize on fresh market opportunities to fuel growth, utilizing our account managers and production teams to cultivate robust client relationships

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid organizational skills, showing a clear knack for refining processes and enhancing efficiency
• Proven strategic planning and business development expertise
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to eloquently articulate the vision and values of Roblox
• A degree or considerable experience in sales, operations, or product management within the Roblox ecosystem, demonstrated by a strong track record of success
• Experience with CRM systems, complemented by a thorough understanding of the Roblox platform
