Job Title: Head of Communications/PR
Location: Dallas or Remote
Who? A private investment firm with over $10 billion in assets across the real estate, financial services, healthcare and technology sectors.
Opportunity:
− We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Communications Manager to work across various portfolio companies within the investment firm.
− This person should have a strong understanding of the value of partnerships in driving top of funnel brand awareness and loyalty. This newly crafted role will offer a unique opportunity to build new partnerships from the ground-up.
− Ideal candidates have an impeccable taste in design and culture, have a deep knowledge in consumer trends and behaviors, and a track record for culturally relevant campaigns that gain media attention and consumer engagement.
This will require travel to Dallas if remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
− The Head of Communications will lead the strategy and execution of all communications and marketing campaigns across the Investment firm.
− Develop and maintain positive relationships with all major social media platforms and stay up to speed on all developments, like new content formats, targeting capabilities, et al.
− Track and analyze the competitive landscape and provide updates to leadership.
Candidate Qualities:
− Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to bring to life multiple brand narratives.
− Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency around delivering on goals.
− The ability to manage a portfolio and make strategic choices.
− Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Qualifications:
− 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing and brand partnership management, reputation management. C-Suite Communications
− Experience guiding multiple projects, and adapting to a changing environment, along with working with groups at different stages of development.
− Advanced knowledge of Data & Analytics best practices and Paid Social preferred.
− Advanced Knowledge of driving content strategy and content creation.
− Experience working and collaborating across multiple teams, building agreement and influencing stakeholders.
− Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
