Deploy Management Curriculum program for company-owned and franchised locations; support company strategic initiatives and roll-outs through training development and implementation

Design comprehensive training programs for all restaurant roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and managerial positions.

Evaluate and track effectiveness of training offerings, through time to competency, retention, and restaurant performance.

Identify performance and skills gaps and put a plan in place to address gaps.

Lead the Training and Support teams which train new Brand Partners (classroom and restaurant based) and New Restaurant Opening support teams

Define and manage customer timelines, collect requirements, identify risks, and make sure deployments are completed on time

Work cross-functionally with account management, sales, product, IT, software development, and other teams to ensure customer delight

You have extensive experience as an operations leader or project/program manager in the restaurant technology space

You understand the restaurant ecosystem and how our customers manage the deployment of new technology

You have excellent people skills and the ability to establish credibility to attain project, team, and company goals

You have strong knowledge of on-prem restaurant technology, including drive-thrus

Establish the design practices, processes, and principles to consistently deliver a world class experiences to Grow Therapy’s users and providers

Experience creating strategic & scalable design processes and systems in a fast-paced environment

Substantial experience working across the end-to-end design process, with a particular strength in turning user research into thoughtful UX

12+ years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field

Exemplify a learner and mentor mentality; curiosity and ongoing self-education in the field of design systems

Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
