Overview The Restaurant Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service to financial management. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, business acumen, and operational expertise. The Restaurant Operations Director will be responsible for setting and achieving goals, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial and operational objectives. Detailed Job Description The Restaurant Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, financial management, staff training and development, and operational efficiency. The Restaurant Operations Director will be responsible for setting and achieving goals, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial and operational objectives. The Restaurant Operations Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
