We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Recruiting to support our recruiting department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our recruiting operations to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. As a strategic leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's growth by ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes and enhancing our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and execute technology and process improvements.
- Implement innovative recruiting technologies and tools to drive automation and scalability.
3. Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering their growth and development through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, initiative, and teamwork.
4. Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and amplify a compelling employer brand that resonates with top-tier talent.
- Drive initiatives that showcase the company's culture, values, and opportunities through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize recruitment analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting key recruitment metrics and insights.
6. Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with our talent acquisition goals and standards.
