Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and direct recruitment processes and employment programs.
- Develop and enhance Atom’s existing policies and procedures within the recruiting division.
- Meet with members of the management team to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs, available positions within the company and preferred attributes for potential hires.
- Ability to recruit with the ability to match cultural and environmental fit, in addition to technical skills and experience.
- Post positions, execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfillment of requisitions in timely manner.
- Plan, develop, and direct processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and other pro-active sourcing methods.
- Daily responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, client management, and administration of reqs via LinkedIn (ATS).
- Evaluate and communicate key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Possess a high capacity to resolve escalated issues arising from operations.
- Execute creative strategies to position Atom as the preferred employer.
- Develop new hiring and recruitment strategies.
- Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse talent.
- Seek out well-qualified applicants and further encourage them to apply for available positions through active sourcing.
- Work as a key member in supporting the company’s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition.
- Manage a team ensuring they are being developed and challenged while delivering high quality candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Maintain positive relationships with advertisement and marketing agencies.
- Assess external labor market conditions and develop the most impactful, economical, and appropriate recruiting channels.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and utilizing job sites.
- Develop, implement, and manage staffing metrics and trends.
- Directly oversee recruitment for senior level and executive positions.
- Ensure all recruiting activities remain consistent with the Atom’s policies and standards.
- Screen selected candidates for validation of skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge in relation to position requirements using standardized behavioral-based interview/screening techniques.
- Assess and evaluate company employment needs in collaboration with the Senior Leadership team at Atom.
- Ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implement complex and unique recruiting approaches.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Lead full recruitment strategies to assist the hiring managers in proactively screening and interacting with qualified candidates.
- Enhancement of online recruitment systems and existing platforms through professional expertise to achieve desired results.
- Arrange manager interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level hires and partner with various senior managers across the business to actively recruit talent.
- Ensure efficiency with processes such as compliance, offer negotiation, etc.
- Develop innovative hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates.
- Utilize tools to build and maintain a candidate pipeline such as job boards, job fairs, social media, networking.
- Source, attract, and onboard the best talent in the world for technologies Atom provides services and solution for, specifically Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).
- Develop a selective pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as active candidate sourcing, utilization of existing ATS, and employment of innovative methodologies to fulfill open positions.
- Provide executive level input to strategic decisions that affect the functionality area of responsibility.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Develop, implement, and manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Establish departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Ensure all recruiting function is capable and well aligned with the vision and goals of the organization.
- Build a winning talent acquisition strategy by taking information gathered from HR & the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, print media, social media).
- Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources. Desire to enhance existing network to find qualified passive candidates by attending networking events on behalf of Atom as able to.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High EQ with the ability to communicate, articulately and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 10+ years of experience and success recruiting in a company with fast growth and/or 5+ years of management experience.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing in related field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Highly organized and able to switch priorities daily.
- Consultative mindset and ability to analyze and solve client challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting operations.
- An undergraduate degree with strong academic achievement required.
