Director Of Product Operations

The Director of Product Operations will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration across the organization to ensure efficient and effective product development and delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management and operations, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and grooming of product OKRs, KPIs and roadmap, ensuring close alignment with company-level strategic objectives and balancing between near and long-term impact.
• Build a culture of making data driven decisions that influences and improves decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency, productivity and quality in product development and delivery.
• Align employee skills and strengths with current and future needs to maximize business impact. Build high performing teams by developing talent and solving for skills/capability gaps.
• Establish and maintain a robust product development framework incorporating best practices for project management, resource allocation, prioritization and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track and measure product operations success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline product processes and operations.
• Align other functions primarily, engineering and GTM, on the cross-functional roadmap.
• Clearly communicates roadmap and progress against key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including executive leadership to ensure alignment on product priorities. Drive effective collaboration and communication across the organization in partnership with cross functional business partners.
• Foster an engaging and collaborative environment, encourages accountability, and empower individuals and teams within the product organization.
