Job Description
The Team:


Acting as a trusted partner to all business areas of Hermès Americas, the Hermès of Paris (HOP) IT Team leads comprehensive technology delivery, innovation and support across the entire systems landscape in the region.


The Opportunity:


The IT Business Services Specialist will be involved in project coordination activities, project portfolio management, business analysis, and will assist with key IT initiatives under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Business Analysis.


All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


About the Role:


  • Help create project artifacts like project plans, project charter, functional requirements, testing plans and documentation
  • Assist with requirements gathering and documentation activities
  • Help with the implementation and maintenance of the new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for IT
  • Assist with project planning, task coordination, status reporting, issue resolution, communication, and business stakeholder relationship management
  • Help communicate with team members and business stakeholders
  • Take meeting notes, document action items, and follow up on tasks
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and project execution
  • Demonstrate willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as they arise
  • Support the organization and standardization of different document types in Confluence, SharePoint and shared folders

About You:


  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of project management software tools like Jira, MS Project is a plus
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a coordinator or assistant project management role


The range for this position is $63,760.00 - $95,640.00 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
