The FinTech arm of KDS was recently brought together to build cutting edge applications and data products that will revolutionize the way private markets professionals analyze and manage illiquid assets.
You will be a critical member of the KDS team, helping to design and create leading-edge solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX Designer to join our team building a financial data platform for capital markets. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining the user experience and visual design of the platform, and work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Continuously iterate and improve the design based on user feedback and usage data
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design is feasible and aligned with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology advancements in the financial industry
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for finance and technology
• High level of experience and skill with design tools such as Figma
• Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, HCI, or a related field

The current salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000.
