Global Director Of User Experience Jobs

Lead and provide day-to-day management of direct reports while improving organizational culture through excellent end-user experience

Strong experience with telecom management (vendors, billing, services, equipment, SIP, VOIP, analog, PRI, PSTN, etc.)

Solid working understanding of ITIL, SOX, HIPAA, security best practices, and service management systems like SBM, ServiceNow, etc.

10+ years’ experience in organizational and team management and mentorship

Successfully sell, manager, mentor and complete user experience related projects

Guide the creation and management of design systems

All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.

Lead a multi-disciplinary user experience team of 50+ people

Determine project approach, resource requirements and create project scoping information to support client proposals

Experience working in education technology, preferably for higher education.

10 years of experience in user experience design.

5 years of experience leading UX teams.

Strong knowledge of UX design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure.

Working knowledge of the latest accessibility standards.

Partner with Product, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements to provide creative and thoughtful design solutions.

Experience leading a product-focused high-performance design team.

Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers to drive strategy, vision, and execution.

Experience managing processes and teams in an agile/scrum environment.

Experience working with design systems and tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, and Adobe

Experience attracting, hiring, and retaining top design talent.

Contribute with management and sales and marketing in identifying and designing future capabilities for Phase2 and our clients

Handle performance management issues for people in the practice and contribute to transition decisions

Experience working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a collaborative and innovative approach

Experience with and/or desire to work with and manage distributed clients and/or project teams

Performance Management evaluation history indicating strong performance and exceeding expectations of current role;

Manage the individuals in the practice to ensure they can perform the work of the practice

Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize UX goals and features

Mentor and develop the skills of the UX team

6+ years of experience in UX design

Proven experience leading UX teams and delivering successful UX projects

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with user research and user testing
