Drive Innovation: Constantly seek out new suppliers, contractors, and vendors to improve quality, reduce costs, and accelerate construction turnaround times.
Shape the Future: Take the lead in design and product selection for our homes, finding innovative ways to improve layouts and boost efficiency.
Streamline Operations: Implement effective systems and processes to optimize the performance of our field staff and ensure projects progress seamlessly.
Negotiate for Success: Utilize your keen negotiating skills to secure the best deals while maintaining top-notch quality from suppliers and contractors.

What We're Looking For
Experience Counts: You bring at least 10 years of residential construction experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Purchasing.
Leadership Excellence: With at least 2 years in a Senior Manager or Director-level role, you have a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
Tech Savvy: Your communication and computer skills are top-notch, and you're comfortable navigating digital tools to enhance collaboration.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus, but your hands-on experience is what truly sets you apart.
