The Director of Data Center Development and Construction will coordinate the daily activities involved with the entitlement, design, construction, and promotion of data center projects.

This growing business have constructed over $5 Billion in projects since they was founded 10 years ago! They also provide expertise in: Acquisitions, development and positioning, market research and leasing, engineering and property management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects
• Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews
• Competently Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional preferred
• Must have 5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
• MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
