Director Of Business Development

This is a founding member role and as such all compensation is based on stock allocation, and commission.

Sell Your Car Inc is an early stage startup that is wholly focused on helping dealers and private vehicle sellers connect and transact. The suite of products and services are available to dealers via a subscription model and success fees. The right candidate will have a strong background in business development preferable in the auto tech and/or fintech industries. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for establishing, and executing sales processes. This is a hybrid position and travel and team meetings will be mandatory as we grow and scale.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in selling Fintech products
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Experience in selling subscription services to Auto Dealers
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
