When it comes to compensation, we lead the market. With a base salary of up to $250k and payout percentages ranging from 30% to 70%, ensuring your hard work is rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the company, as they continue to grow in regard to headcount & revenue. Be a mentor & leader for consultants across the firm, sharing expertise and offering a strong work ethic to keep up to date with respective searches.
• Building & maintaining new client relationships as well as keeping existing client relationships afloat. Being able to be the main POC for the clients throughout the entire search process, managing the relationships on a day-to-day basis.
• Origination focus, working a full-desk, bringing in new business & delivering on your client work.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, ensuring yourself & the rest of the team are executing on processes at an unmatched speed.

Package

• Base Salary up to $250k
• Uncapped commission
• Hybrid/remote working schedule based on location.

Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in Executive search, Retained search or Contingent recruitment across PE or VC businesses.
