Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to bolster their high-performing team. The chosen candidate will possess a deep understanding of the investment industry and will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and securing senior-level investment professionals for their clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end executive searches, including understanding client needs, sourcing candidates, candidate assessment, presentation, and finalization.
- Cultivate a profound understanding of the investment sector, its trends, and potential candidates.
- Nurture robust relationships with both clients and candidates, facilitating a smooth and satisfying process for all parties.
- Deliver on targets within designated timeframes, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members, contributing to the sharing of knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent master's degree would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive search or a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully placing senior investment professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage several searches concurrently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, due to the sensitive nature of the role.
