  • Coordinate all communications efforts to align with broader ResMed strategic and brand messaging.
  • Understand key business objectives of the corporate functions are you partnering with, shaping narrative(s) and stories that highlight the value we deliver to our customers and the teams that help us do this.
  • Creatively use a combination of different communication formats and channels to inform and inspire global ResMedians.
  • As an individual contributor, you’ll partner with leaders across the corporate functions you support advising on the right forum, timing, and content of communications to ensure target audiences are informed, inspired, and empowered to help ResMed meet its short- and long-term goals.
  • Strategize and write communications for key initiatives and executives, adapting voice and tone as appropriate. Provide hands-on writing and communication support for the teams.

  • Ability to take complex information and write user-friendly, engaging copy.
  • Comfortable both strategically and tactically -- you will get into the day-to-day execution work
  • Have a strong bias for action
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple, high-stakes projects and deliverables
  • Collaborative with the ability to gain consensus
  • Innovative with a strong point of view on internal and external communication best practices
