Who We Are
- Develop sales strategies and value propositions for Installers and channel partners
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, channel partners and industry influencers
- Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships with solar racking, PV module, and roofing manufacturers and other affiliated solar organizations
- Responsible for strategic business planning and sales plan execution
- Identify competitive trends, provide technical support to customers and assist in market research for future products and services
- Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly reviews
- Review and adjust sales forecast and sets performance goals accordingly
- Measure, analyze and report the sales performance against targets; by customer, channel, product family, geography
- Commitment to the mission of Esdec Solar Group
- Bachelor Degree
- High level of mechanical, technical, analytical and quantitative acumen
- Personal commitment to customer service and follow through
- Self-directed, organized and self-motivated to accomplish goals
- Building construction and / or solar industry experience is a plus
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills with a history of building long-standing professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to understand and convey mechanical information
- Proven track record in above average sales results and account management
- Ability to multitask and manage activities effectively in a deadline driven, challenging environment.
- 5 years of sales and/or sales management in B2B sales environments with a high degree of personal initiative. Solution selling experience is a must
- Travel up to 80% to clients, support tradeshows, co-marketing functions and events
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), ERP and CRM experience a plus.
