Our proficiency in adaptability means we can fabricate high-quality, tangible artistry that our customers could only dream of. Our wide variety of projects use materials such as steel, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, and various wood species. The scope of our work includes submittal drawings, fabrication, all logistics, field installation and safety.

The Position

• Makes executive decisions regarding processes and correct procedures/ methods to ensure timely planning for large-scale, multi-step projects.
• Able to submit close outs - as Renfrow projects are custom & will need in-depth knowledge of material types involved.
• Coordinates efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Leads, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day management and other activities of assigned projects.
• Improves and develops organization capabilities through effective performance management and planning/utilization of human and capital resources.
• Maintains customer relationships continuously throughout the project as well as by making weekly/monthly visits as customer availability and schedule allows.
• Supervises field crews, reviews projects to monitor compliance with construction and safety codes or other regulations.
• Determines needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs and expectations.
• Builds positive working relationships within the corporate organization and serves as a point-of-contact for broader company initiatives.
• Ability to foresee/ co-ordinate other trades work around Renfrow scope of work & take steps accordingly
• Seeks out and secures viable opportunities through which Renfrow can further its interests in any give region or area of concern.
• Reviews, analyzes, and prepares field reports, profit & loss records, and directives that measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction, structural steel erection preferred
• Knowledge of highest finishing levels and differences - metal, paint, powder, galvanizing finishing systems & wood
• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management is a plus
• Knowledge in AWS D1.1 (America Welding Society) preferred
