Job Description

Our client is a Dallas-based general contractor. They are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to work on commercial construction projects.


Experience and Skills you need

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
  • Coordination with Superintendents on schedule management
  • TI and commercial Interiors project experience
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • BS in Construction Management preferred
  • P&L management and cost analysis
